Download and print these valuable resources to help educate your patients and their caregivers about Alzheimer's disease and the changes they face following diagnosis. As you are well aware, as Alzheimer's disease advances, your patients will experience numerous changes, including: 6

  • Gradual memory loss
  • Difficulty starting or completing familiar tasks

Although current treatment options are not curative, with therapy, your patients with mild to moderate dementia of the Alzheimer's type may remain active and engaged.
